The objectives of this organization are as follows:
1. To create employment, self-employment, and alternative livelihood opportunities for Indigenous youths and support their educational, mental, economic, physical, and social development. 2. To identify marginalized and remote Indigenous settlements and preserve and promote their languages, scripts, traditions, cultures, and overall community development while bringing them into the national mainstream.
3. To educate Indigenous youths about their rights and promote social justice and equality. 4. To work against all forms of discrimination based on caste, language, religion, gender, color, region, and untouchability, and to advocate for equality and inclusion.
5. To organize and raise awareness among Indigenous youths in favor of nationalism, federalism, democracy, secularism, human rights, and inclusive governance.
6. To conduct in-depth studies and research on the actual conditions, unemployment, and backwardness of Indigenous youths, and contribute to policy formulation through data collection and documentation. 7. To free Indigenous youths from addictions and harmful activities, encourage moral character, discipline, and inspire them toward creative and productive work.
8. To study, research, preserve, and promote the history, language, religion, culture, attire, social life, values, and archaeological heritage of Indigenous communities at national and international levels. 9. To advocate with the government for proportional inclusion and employment opportunities for unemployed Indigenous youths as guaranteed by the Constitution.
10. To strengthen brotherhood, goodwill, unity, and cooperation among all Indigenous communities for collective problem-solving and protection of human rights.
11. To organize unorganized Indigenous communities and integrate them into ethnic and fraternal organizations in order to protect and promote their rights.
12. To establish coordination and collaboration with national and international organizations and Indigenous youths living abroad who share similar objectives and values.
13. To play a coordinating role in the implementation of international labor and Indigenous rights instruments, including ILO Convention No. 169 and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) 2007.
14. To conduct studies, research, discussions, seminars, and publish reports and articles regarding the impacts of climate change and biodiversity on Indigenous communities.
15. To identify Indigenous groups excluded from official listing and advocate with the Government of Nepal and concerned authorities for their inclusion.
16. To advocate for proportional participation and representation of Indigenous youths in the federal democratic republic system, including representation in the Federal Parliament, House of Representatives, and Provincial Assemblies based on population.
17. To work toward the implementation and enforcement of national and international agreements, treaties, and conventions related to Indigenous rights.

To empower and unite Indigenous youth of Nepal by promoting their rights, identity, culture, leadership, capacity, and meaningful participation in building an inclusive, just, and sustainable society.
